2. Verification and Confirmation: Our team will verify the prescription details to ensure accuracy and safety. We may contact your healthcare provider if any clarification is required. Once the prescription is verified & processed, we will confirm the delivery address, delivery schedule, and copay collection.

3. Packaging and Safety: Our licensed pharmacists will carefully and securely package your medications, taking all necessary precautions to ensure their safety during transit. We adhere to strict quality control measures and follow appropriate storage guidelines to maintain the efficacy of our medications.

4. Delivery Options: We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Our delivery driver delivers within a 15-mile radius of our pharmacy the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. We provide next-day delivery via a third-party delivery company. The patient would also get their delivery via USPS in their mailbox. For USPS delivery opted customers we send prepaid envelopes for delivery confirmation receipt.

5. Professional Delivery Personnel: Our delivery personnel are well-trained professionals who understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy. They will deliver your medications discreetly and respect your privacy at all times. If you need consultation they will assist you to connect with a pharmacist at the pharmacy.

7. Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options to make your experience seamless. Our pharmacy staff can text you or email you the link so you can pay via credit card or ACH Payment. You can choose to pay cash-on-delivery. You can also provide your credit card information to our pharmacy staff and they will store the info in our secured pharmacy software. You will receive the receipt with your delivery.
