Our Team
Nilesh Kotadiya
Owner
Nilesh Kotadiya is the proud owner of Ezcare Pharmacy. He obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Honours Degree from India. Furthermore, He graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey, and specialized in the master of science in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Nilesh brings over ten years of business management experience, focusing on pharmacy business solutions. He maintains pharmacy quality assurance and assists in pharmacy daily operations, customer service, efficiency, and productivity. Nilesh always finds new ideas and expertise to help the patient and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
Nitasha Allahabadi
Pharmacist in Charge
Nitasha is our pharmacist, who is a graduate Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. She brings over 25 Years of experience in customer service and extensive knowledge of medications. She is certified in administering vaccines and other injectable medications. Nitasha is very passionate about patients' needs, and patient care is always her highest priority.
Mili Patel
Staff Pharmacist
Mili is our staff pharmacist, who is a graduate of western the Western University of Health Sciences, California. She is certified in administering vaccines and other injectable medications. Mili is proficient in verifying prescriptions claims, assisting PIC in overall pharmacy operations & help pharmacy technicians. She also handles PBM audits and maintains the pharmacy's compliance part.
Maria Bolanos
Pharmacy Technician
Maria is our lead pharmacy technician and patient relationship specialist. She coordinates with internal staff members and makes a personalized care plan based on individual patient's needs. She also handles walk-in traffic and coordinates deliveries with the driver.
Jennifer Flores
Pharmacy Technician
Jennifer is in charge of processing prescriptions and resolving any insurance issues. She handles walk-in traffic, front counter to check out, and signing of prescriptions pick up. She also answers customers' phone calls and finds solutions to their needs.
Alexandra Capetillo
Pharmacy Technician
Alexandra Capetillo is the patient care representative. She works with internal staff to streamline the process and coordinates the delivery and mailing of medications. She also calls patients for address verification and copay collection.
Diana Rosalez
Pharmacy Technician
Diana calls the doctor's office for refill approvals, handles wholesaler medication totes, and maintains the inventory on shelves. She also pulls expired medications from shelves.
Brianna Valencia
Pharmacy Clerk
Brianna is our Pharmacy Clerk and patient care representative. She work with internal staff to streamline the process and coordinates delivery as well as mailing of medications. She also assist in maintaining and re stocking of pharmacy supplies.
Oscar Loya
Delivery Driver / Community Liaison
Oscar is our delivery driver and a community liaison. He is an expert in delivery management so that patients can get their medications on the same day. He also assists in collection of copays and coordinates with internal staff depending on an individual patient's needs.
